The perfect way to securely hold a spare rod vertically on your trolley.
In match conditions, when only one rod is allowed on your tripod, the NiteTide Trolley Rod Dock offers the ideal solution to keep your spare rod close to hand and mobile.
This makes moving with the tide much easier and eliminates the need awkward strapping or for a spare tripod or sand spike on the beach.
A two part system:
A top grip which clamps tightly to the trolley handle, the grip is flexible and will tightly hold a wide variety of rods. It also doubles as a handy way to trap end of the shock leader.
The bottom butt cup which clips neatly onto the frame of the trolley. It’s strong, compact and stays clear of the wheels and doesn’t impede the folding of the trolley.
The Rod Dock system can be installed on either side of the trolley. Just ensure the top grip is orientated correctly to so that it cradles the rod from below when tilting the trolley to move it.
NOTE: To install the butt cup, the trolley foam will need to be cut accordingly. See pictures for more info. The 70mm measurement from the bottom ensures plenty of space to avoid the wheel.
NOTE: This system is only built to fit the regular Tonixpro Trolley and Vevor Beach Trolley. It does not fit the Deluxe (square framed) Version. - This option is planned for the near future.
