Can you make products in a custom colour?

Yes! Well... sometimes. I don't offer all my products in every colour because its too much stock to keep hold of. But If I have the plastic, I will always do my best for custom requests... Just get in touch!

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

There is loads of size information on all products, but if you are still unsure, please get in touch via email.

Do you ship to Ireland/Europe?

Not at the moment, but its something I am looking to fix soon.

How long is Delivery?

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped 48hr Tracked Royal Mail. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

Where do you ship from?

NiteTide is based in Essex. Please consider this when ordering, as shipping times may vary for distant addresses.
